what are the clear symptons of numbness in the penis(head)

hello youse might think this sounds daft but due to hanging my penis head feels a bit numb i can still feel the skin,i think its only temporary,ive got no pain or anything but was wonderin it mite be because i cnt feel it,,my penis feels very warm i heard a guy say on another thread that hes got no sensitivity in his head and it feels cold,,im not sure if its loss of sensitivity or its just that i have giving it a good working out,please if any of use have had this problem could you tell me what are the clear symptons how can i test it,,like i can get a good hard on still ,and have no problem ejaculating, if any of youse have experienced anything similiar give me some advice about it ,would be much appreciated
