What’s up DLD? I’ve talked to you 4 or 5 times in the past year. I bought a lengthmaster last summer. I grew 1/4 inch. I’m also a type 1(juvenile) diabetic now 40 years old. I’ve started having a problem that my penis stays numb for a few hours after using the LM. I haven’t been in a routine lately for fear of damage. I’m buying a pump and silistretcher as soon as I can figure sizing out. Anything that brings blood in is what will help my situation.
I’m close to the max on the mid size silistretcher. 4.5” where max is 4.75. What is minimum girth for the large size silistretcher?

Here is the information on sizing:

What size SiliSleev do I need?
The SiliSleev currently comes in four different sizes.

The regular SiliSleev 85s are 3.3"(85mm) long and are intended to be used with exercise devices such as penis traction stretchers, penis hangers , vacuum belt extenders but can also be used for manual stretching .

The longer SiliSleeve 145s are 5.75"(145mm) long are are intended to be used for cementing penis gains and penis pumping but can also be used for everything else when it comes to exercise devices or manual stretching and jelqing.

Both the SiliSleevs 85 and 145 come in two diameters, 0.75"(20mm) & 1"(27mm).

The 0.75"(20mm) diameter is for a penis with a flaccid girth of 4”(100mm) and under.

The 1”(27mm) diameter is for a penis with a flaccid girth of 4”(100mm) and larger.

However, the smaller diameter SiliSleev stretches up to five times its size, so it can accommodate larger girths as well but will be tighter.
 
So, to clear up my confusion. It’s not about the the silistretcher, it’s about the SiliSleev that is where sizing matters?

For the SiliStretcher

Flaccid circumference girth up to 3" (76mm)
Order the 1.1" (28mm) Diameter SiliStretcher

Flaccid circumference girth up to 4.75" (120mm)
Order the 1.5" (38mm) Diameter SiliStretcher

Flaccid circumference girth up to 6.25" (159mm)
Order the 2" (51mm) Diameter SiliStretcher

A flaccid 4.5" circumference penis translates to 1.43" diameter.

The 1.5" diameter SiliStretcher is the size you need, 2" is too big for the majority of men.

The SiliSleevs are based on girth. Both diameters work for mostly everyone. They are the sleeves that attach the SIliStretcher to the penis.
 
A size illustration would be helpful. Lemme see what I can put together.
 
The order hasn’t shipped. Thanks guys! I don’t think I’m measuring good. I measure and my girlfriend did. My circumference is 5”. My diameter is 1.5” sometimes slightly more or less. Is the 1.5” silistretcher not going to last me as I exceed the 1.5? I’m looking for the best experience with it, and need the pro’s advice.
