In my experience no PE is safe to do at night while you are asleep, not even something as simple as [words=http://www.mattersofsize.com/forum/showthread.php?44-Ace-Strapped-Jims-Joint]Uncle Jim[/words]'s Wrap. During the courses of your sleep your penis goes through cycles of getting hard, half staff, and soft, and any type of PE that you do will interrupt this and you can possibly see very very scary results. Just forget about doing PE at night while asleep and instead figure out a reasonable routine that you can do while awake and for years to come.

i used my [words=https://shop.mattersofsize.com/products/sizegenetics-penis-extender]extender[/words] safely at night many times. I have a very comfortable wrap that doesn't cut off circulation. then i only applied the [words=https://shop.mattersofsize.com/products/sizegenetics-penis-extender]extender[/words] at a low tension that also doesn't cut off circulation. the first time you try do it while your awake to make sure you can keep it on for multiple hours without any complications occurring
Thanks guys I'll stick with waking-hour use only since I'm a restless sleeper (back, side, stomach...back, stomach, side, etc). I don't want to put 'Uncle Henry' in any potentially painful situations.
