Hi there!

It´s hard to see what tension you use because of the quality of the pics. I´d recommend that you use some kind of wrapping/padding. Without padding it can be painful in the long run.

Don´t use it too much in the beginning. Let your penis get used to it. Start with 3x20 minutes or 2x40 minutes if that works for the first week. 2nd week 2 hours total/day, 3nd week 3 hours a day etc. Aim for 900g tension the first couple of weeks.

i ordered the vimaxextender and recieved the andropenis www.andromedical.com they ensured me its the same thing. umm i wanna use as much force as possible because i want gains fast lol which is probably not the way i should look at things. umm also are you suppposed ot feel pressure inside your penis when using it because i dont and i was thinking that mayeb ur suppsoed ot feel internal stress while its on

could be possible if you new to pe. or else it also depends on the person. But it aint IMPOSSIBLE. Nothings impossible i say.

Take it slow in the start. Don´t stress too fast. Like manual Penis Enlargement, your penis is not used to it in the beginning.
Using it 6-8 hrs a day requires both experience, extreme dedication and to integrate it in your normal life/lifestyle.

It's true. Some guys are very lucky and make enormous gains at the jump. I think it may be because they have good form and intensity.
 
If you perform manual stretches along with consistent use of the [words=https://shop.mattersofsize.com/products/sizegenetics-penis-extender]extender[/words], I would say it is possible. Not probable, but possible. It took me three months to get 0.5" (if my memory serves me correctly). I would suggest doing rotary cranks every hour, since you have to take the device off every hour anyway.
