Warm Up/Downs

I've been on 2 different Penis Enlargement sites (This one being the best of course!), and I've seen video's on examples on how to do warm-ups. One keen observation is that when the person wraps the rag around their member, they neglect to include the glans within the wrap. Why is this? I've always wondered. I realize it's to trap the heat, but you could also trap the heat by wraping the whole member. You're going to end up re-dipping the rag in hot water throughout the warm-up anyways.
