Still have and utilize the pump with 2" and 3" cylinders. Make pretty good progress at packing the 2" tube, but haven't increased tube size since i would like to focus on length more. hanger for light hanging (not really interested in "heavy" hanging atleast at this point if it is not necessary). Use manual stretching at this point- just started bundles, so i think i have some gains to achieve here before perhaps moving on to the LM or more intense stretching. I have some sleeves, but haven't had the best of luck using them- semi flaccid/flaccid penis is to soft to get them on and not that i have huge girth but a little tight without some erection, which is challenging after PE routines. Have been religiously wrapping after workouts and now throughout the day to promote the passive healing.

the sexy french outfits and cowboy boots will come back into play when there is "more" incentive for her 😂. Don't take any supplements, but on a light dose of BP med.

As we have discussed, pack that 2in tube to get the length going, and only increase to 2.25in tube because you can't shove into the 2in tube any longer. This is to constrain the tissues for pure length growth focus.

Thank you! I’ve been so anxious to use the sleeves over the wraps, just haven’t figured them out yet. Will be on the lookout.
 
Olmesartan 40mg
That's pretty intense BP med there. 40mg at cap value for for Olmesartan. Must be some serious issue the doctor wanted to use at that max value. Commonly, it's only 20mg for adults. Make sure to stay hydrated as much as you can. This med, although not as common, can cause your system to get quite dehydrated without you knowing. If you can, ask the doctor to reduce the dosage to 20mg if it's feasible. If it's not feasible, do get the reason why.

Alrighty, we got a pretty full picture. Let's take this PE journey on at full gear, starting at 5mph before we step the pedal to the metal.

Let's take into account that you have very rigid tunica. VERY RIGID. We have to make sure to break that first. If you already have the Length Master in the work, perfect. If not, the 25% off for the purchase is still golden for the holiday. Gift yourself a tool for a bigger penis. With that being said, we have to loosen that rigidity to ensure elongation to happen. By loosening that rigidity, we also ensure the expansion to happen. You already experienced the newbie bundled stretches, but as SIM stated in your prior post, you need that bundled behind the cheeks (BTC), dynamic stretching style. If you can do that with manual (hand) stretches for now with the same effectiveness, do so. This can be as a warm up for the pumping, and it can be as part of the routines for the length processes. In your case, I want to suggest an alternate day for length and girth, 2 days on, 1 day off, starting light. This is to get your penis to get responsive with the journey ahead. It goes something like this:

Length Day:
It's essential to have the Length Master for leverage. But if you don't have it, yet, do the best that you can with what you have, even if you have to strap the penis to a 12in segment of a broomstick. You need the penis to twist to maximum degrees for each direction, while adding enough traction force to break the tissue bonds. This is lateral-longitudinal tissue stressors. It must occur. We called this the bundle stretches as you've already known, but you must pull downwards and backwards. Consider 0 degree is straight down, and 90 degrees is going between the legs and to the back of the butt cheeks. You must achieve between 100 to 120 degrees. To achieve these optimal angles, sit on the chair while facing the back rest, lean forward and rest on the back rest, and stick your butt out far as you can. The further out you stick out, the higher the angle you can achieve.

So:
  • Tissue warmup, 5 minutes, newbie routines.
  • Tissue softenening, 20 minutes total, 5 minutes per repetition with twisting completely to one direction, pulling until you feel a tug from the base of the glans ALL THE WAY down to the inner side of the base of the penis. Find that angle between 90 to 120 degrees. Pull just enough where you can feel the entire tug of the entire penis.
  • Add 5 more minutes going straight down at 0 degree. The same entire penis pulling must be felt.
  • Post lengthening routine using wraps/sleeves.
Pumping day:
For now, 3 sets:
  • Tissue warm up through heat application
  • Tissue pre-pumping through stretches. Minimum is 5 minutes. You can do SRT newbie routine for the pre-stretching, or, you if think you already reach an intermediate level through pumping, you can do a bundled (including rotation twist as you pull downward, sidewards, and upward) to break down the tissues before pumping. Also look at DLD's videos for various manual stretches, especially his DLD Blasters under the Media section or the Resources and Programs. This is required to break down the lateral tissues for expansion and lengthening.
  • Reduce pumping from 15 minutes down to 5 minutes max. First 2 minutes at 5PSI, next 1 minutes at 7PSI, 1 minute at 9PSI, and 1 minute at 6PSI. Why a swing? You are trying to break the tissues only, and not bringing fluid in.
  • Spend 10 minutes on slow squash jelq (see 5x5x3 and the videos if you don't know what it is). You can also implement horse jelq into the mix.
  • Spend 5 minutes on downward slow squash jelq by pulling one hand in the OK grip at the base of the glans while the hand using an OK grip at the base of the penis. The hand at the base of the penis should create a bulk of a downward pressure as you slowly, ever slowly, glide down toward the OK grip at the base of the glans. The travel time is around 1 to 2 minutes. This allows you to pull on the tunica and the ligaments for stressing while inflating the penile shaft. At the same time, you're protecting the glans from possible blister due to higher positive fluid pressure.
Use which ever cylinder you want. For length using pumping, the cylinder should only be slighly larger than your erected penis size.

Post pumping routine, wrap up your penis around the base or wear a cock ring for 60 minutes. You want to restrict the engorged blood from leaving the penis too fast. The penis should have a good volume of blood similar to the erected size blood volume, while it's flaccid. The blood should leave on its own within 5 minutes without being erected. Maximum time for the large volume of blood sits inside the penis is 10 minutes. Squeeze all the blood out if the volume of blood if it doesn't deflate on its own. Replace the lost volume of blood every 5 to 10 minutes through a light kegel or erection.

Try this for 2 weeks, and make sure to observe and document the adaptation to the routine.

BP has been s little low and fairly confident they will agree with lowering.

Thank you.. i've taken the last couple days to really study your proposed exercise program to ensure i understand it completely. First, length for 2 days on and one day off; then girth 2 days on and one day off? or one each consecutive days and then a day off?

I do believe just from experience and watching others stretchability, i think i do have a ridgid tunica. with that said, would a couple of sessions of light (1-2 lbs; 2x 20min) help promote/advance gains?

Not near as much fludid buildup using outlined vs. 15 min sessions; plus the stepped increase in Hg to 9 did feel like i was getting more expansion/pull as well. need to work on the SSJ, expecially those noted in the last bulletpoint (downward). as for the three sets- should i do each individual exercise 3 times then move on or complete one entire exercise set then repeat?
 
Follow the 5x5x3 for best results. You should do them all at same time meaning 5 minutes of SSJ then pump for 5 minutes and repeat 3 times

DLD said it, the routine is all in one set with 3 exercises. The 3rd exercise for each set is the 5 minutes downwards jelqing. As you experienced it, there are greater expansion because your penile tissues are reacting to the less aggressive, yet more intensive method. This is similar to low impact exercises in the water vs jogging on the ground for the legs, but playing smarter with resistant training.

5x5x3 rules!
 
getting a little more comfortable and efficient with the SSJ exercises- probably a week or so worth of practicing and experimenting where i can now start to become productive toward results. have implemented the O and L recommendations along with 3/4 days a week light (2lb) hanging sessions. definetly seem like the ligaments are loosening a bit. with that said, what would you say the length gains from ligament stretching is common. just looking for what i will be able to subtract from my overall length goals that will have to come from the tunica. girth seems to be gainging steady...
