Just beginning PE -about two weeks in now...learned a lot but much more to (gain) from all the experts in MOS. Starting as follows:

2/25/20
BPEL 5.25”
EG. 5” +/-

Goal
BPEL 6.5-7
EG 6”

Initial proposed routine before joining MOS:

Kaplan pumping program- 12 weeks every other day slowly increasing vacuum throughout. Begin with 10 min in 3” tube followed by two 10 min Pumps in 2” tube

After first week and joining MOS:

Revised routine

MonWed/Fri
5 min warm up
5 min bundled stretches (some ideas?)
Newbie stretches (30min)
Sillisleeve most of day

Tue/Thur/Sat*
5 min warm up
5 min bundles
10 min 3” pump
100 wet Jelqs
10 min 2” pump
100 wet Jelqs
10 min 2” pump

*SAT includes ahead of pump session
5 min warm up
5 min bundled stretches
Newbie stretches (30min)
Sillisleeve most of day

Sun
Rest day

-So all in all 4 stretch days and 3 pump days.

So far have not even thought about measuring...but seem to be gaining some stretchy-ness during flacid stretches and increased length in tube during pumping. I take good signs?

Hello to all!

Welcome! There's a wealth of experience/knowledge within these pages...just find the exercises that fit your goals and lifestyle. You'll be amazed at the magic that will start happening (beginning with your wife's reaction :)).

Hi yes can see ghat your routine has already gone to the next level just by incorporating aspects of the SRT and newbie guide.

I'd just add some kegals and erect stretche's and see where the first month or so takes you before adding or adjusting

Thanks andyuk...

One question you may be able to help with. Been wrapping or now a sillisleeve to maintain some extended stretch after workouts...time allows more for this than an extender. Is the wrapping and sillisleeve adequate to promote extended healing? Any idea how long a period extended healing takes place? Ie: staying extended an hour...several hours...day?

Hello to all!

Welcome my brother I appreciate your comments they made me very happy. I love your routine I love your attitude. An inspired man can make great growth very quickly. Be sure to take very accurate measurements now so you have something to show you how much your gained. I’m looking forward to working with you and again welcome to the brotherhood.

Yea wrapping any way to keep extended for a period of time is good to do and adequate to help cement gains, if you can do for 8 hrs a day and keep continuous throughout your monthly workout your on to a winner

Hmmm.... couple days break from PE now due to eczema like symptoms. Anyone experience this when starting PE or pumping? Or reactio to lube?

Is it like red spots you are seeing? If so this is normal with intense training, it does revise within 24hrs usually

Maybe but sounds like what I get, slightly tender to touch? What lube you using and is it just for Jelqs? Best thing to use is vasaline

It’s called FAV... water based lube I got to use with electric pump, so just Continue with it for Jelqs.

Yes a bit tender to touch and itches. Have also been using silisleeve... maybe just to much moisture retained? Haven’t ever experienced edema... wouldn’t be that would it?

OK could be the same, are you doing any further exercise today? If not see how it looks tomorrow, for jelqing I recommend using vasaline over anything else

The miracle for you will be Hydrocortisone it will correct this in no time and you’ll never have it happen again.

Just got my second MOS order... sillisleeve 5 and durosleeve as well... was thinking about the durosleeve for extended stretch since I haven’t dive into the stretches yet. Any recommendation in length if time to wear in extended state?

Hydrocortisone along with some stuff we had for eczema. Seem to be in pretty good shape now. And hydrocortisone will become part of post exercise regime now.

How’s it going for you? I read your thread from the beginning... yeah family and life can get in the way of exercising... supportive partner is so important.

Sorry I missed you yesterday I was out stocking up the fallout shelter. I’m so happy that the cream is helping you, it has been a lifesaver for me my entire life.

Good glad it's helping, me I'm hanging in just, still doing manuals for around 1 to 2 hrs and 300 Jelqs but no bathmate for a week, so need to buy myself a new toy like a hanger or ads

Back at it! Today was the first day back to PE in about a week due to some “skin issues”. I think gonna refocus a bit...concentrating on the manual bundled stretches followed by manual newbie stretches (AM) and some bundled stretches/jelqs (PM). Tight at first but seemed to loosen up pretty quickly after the bundles. Extra cranks cause they feel so good- really felt a good stretch in what seemed to be ligament stretch.

If all goes well will reimplement the pumping work out as part of the PM exercises. Daily or should I go to every other to promote healing? Extended wrap for about two hours as well this AM.

Well third day back at PE. Bundles going extremely well coupled with the newbie stretches. Currently in a pumping session and figured I’d update... aiming for 300 jelqs between the threee 10-min pump sessions. Feels so good to be back at it!

?. MM... looking at your stats, nice gains. How did they come over the three years... quick and slow down? Length then girth?
no not really. they came within the first year, then I stopped due to privacy reasons, then took multiple long deconditioning breaks to try to break through plateaus, and just started again 2 weeks ago

So you were able to keep your gains though... so that is encouraging! Nice stats...

Glad to be back at PE? Settle in to an exercise routine yet?

It is very powerful, so want one myself, one day, get used to manual stretches then upgrade to the next level

extremely powerful it will make every stretch many times more intense. It also should be known that using the LM slippage issues are gone. So if you have issues with grip and slipping the LM this for you.
