Progress thread Wanna get to 9!

I took last night off, went ashore and had the best garlic fries with a great burger and beers. I know this hink guy on utube says rest days are bullshit, but I think it’s really needed for hard core girth work. Tonight’s session I got up to 6 1/2” mid girth after pumping! Can’t wait for that to be permanent.
It really depends on each man's ability to train daily, like myself, but others may need to take a schedule that is different. It all depends on your body and listening to that. Keep an eye out for pain or any other warning of possible injury.

I agree with this. I went all day long today really hard today, this intensity are not possible to do every day for me. I like splitting it up, like 2 days on 1 day rest, or 3 days on 2 days rest or something like that. I feel what my tissue needs. You need the recovery to grow. But it's all about intensity and the balance of things.

It’s a new month so it’s time to measure and I have no noticeable changes on the ruler. I am getting great expansion on my evening 5x5x3 sessions, flaccid hang seems heavier. Evening session pretty much goes like this every night; 25mg generic viagra. Roll cigarettes for next day(this kills about 20 min). Set pump up with the heating pad wrapped around it. Bundle stretches till hard, then depending on EQ I SSJ or tunica release massage. First 5 min is 5-6 hg. Second set around 7.5hg, last set I always try to hit 10hg at least for a minute or two. I tend to get so edema if I go 7 minute sets. I am taking a night off here and there for the evening session, but getting an intense stretch every single day on lunch break. 10-15 min of hard stretching after using the heating pad for 5 or more min. Pre-pump currently at just over 8.5 “ BPEL, 6 1/8” mid girth. Attaching a picture from when I first started in June 2023 compared to now. This shit works!

Still on the ship and still working at it. Some nights better sessions than others. Took last Sunday off from all pumping,SSJ, stretching so I could get girth measurements top to bottom. I have not done this since July 2023, after pumping I just get a quick mid shaft measurement to see how the session went. Well I now know my measuring system is fucked, the skinny tape I have been using has become distorted from the vasoline. It was working fine for sessions but not for overall accurate measurements. So either way my shits getting thicker. Getting 7 1/4” at the base! Pictures are from October 23 to now. Same cigarette pack, same pump. This shit works.

Looking huge. What is the concern? If it is measured in the same way evertime. Stick with one measurement every time

Thanks DLD, you’re right just stick with what I was doing. Was just trying to be accurate. The crappy tape still works well for gauging expansion after a session. Getting about a 1/4” pre/post expansion mid girth every night.

You will know when it is time to change your routine
 
Signing off the ship in the am. Got assigned to another ship so short 10 days at home and back out again. Kept up the same routine, started getting up earlier and getting a pump set in. No real change in length during this trip out. Girth some improvement! The girth work takes time for sure. Been at it for one year now this month. Been out for about 85 days this trip, can’t wait to see the old lady’s reaction tomorrow!
