I stretched a little too hard I think I heard cracking noise by the middle of my base, I’m gonna be ok right ? I don’t feel pain just a little pop noise

That is fine. The pop noise, although it's alarming, is air or fluid pockets being released. It's something similar to popping your neck, fingers, and back when you stretch or twist a bit too hard. If tehre's no pain, you're golden. If you have pain, observe carefully where the pain is at. Don't follow the phantom pains, but the source of the pain, by using gentle touches and light massages to accurately trace the source of the pain.
 
I always wanted to hear the crack but was never able to the only time I heard the crack was when I was having sex and I pushed my erect penis downward, and I heard a loud snap. This is simply air poppin, just like if you cracked your knuckles. It is nothing to fear and quite normal, to probably eighty percent of the brotherhood.
 
I read redzulu forum about it, might be a signal of growth or good good intensity but it’s speculation I assume, not gonna lie tho flaccid stretch longer and flaccid penis little longer I haven’t measured but I will someday just tryna be consistent. This happened after I did a fulcrum hang with 6.4 lbs ( 1 set ) on the PA edge, then I remember I can have a length workout after the hanging set with the LM hanger attached did a straight out reserve kegel then that’s when I heard the pop got a little sore but it went away after I woke up

Well, a strategic warning for you, brother. Don't go too crazy. You have to understand that too much of a stressor results in a consequence. An example is, it's great to have your body adjusted on a regular interval, but too much adjustment can weaken the foundation structure that bound the supporting structure. When you pop your knuckles every few days, the fluid bladder releases the build-up pressure to relax the possible damages. But when you get into a habit of popping your knuckles just for the kick, the fluid sacs weaken and lead to inflammation, or simply arthritis. Same goes for for you penis. Too much popping can lead to an inflammatory degeneration, slowing down your growth.
 
That sounds like a perfect plan. Take it easy and be aware of your body you know, when it's time to go further, then you have. Having a good conscience to to get exactly what you want. So take your time and advance according to how your body is feeling. This knowledge is so important. And I pray that you get to where you want to be as fast as possible.
 
LM hanger has to be the best hanger in the market it’s so comfortable especially with the UJ ace bandage with theraband even the bundling is effortless while hanging ( slowly of course ) gained .25 EL NBP. After you get the .25, .5 elongated state when you’re done with your hanging sets, a savage thing to do is a 20 min newbie routine with the LM or expressive stretching with LM. Gonna go back to making gains. Thanks to @DLD @huge girth @ oldandlively always gave me practical tips and insights

Wow, you're taking PE personal tools very seriously. I have my bed stand with three large drawers, and one large mesh bag to hang my lighter materials in the closet (extra pump lines, cylinders, or things that need airing out). If you have family members/roommates who are noisy and like to take your things, well, a lock drawer is a definite.
 
I'm never worried I kept my shit out all the time. And what can you say about equipment that makes it negative? But by the same standards, someone whose wife can't take it. In that case, bury it in the backyard six feet deep😛
 
When you’re not on your all day stretcher, is it beneficial to do reverse kegel and normal Kegel routines til you get home from 10 hr shifts? Thanks
 
Since you are young and healthy, limit it. More on reverse kegel than kegel. 75 x 1-sec kegel. But use 3-sec reverse kegel for every kegel. 35 x 5-sec kegel with every 5-sec reverse kegel. Positive blood pressure at the pelvic floor is more beneficial than pelvic floor lockups.

When you get older after 40 or 45, your prostate health tends to tank, especially for erection quality and the semen volume. This is where daily kegel for 1-sec x 120 and 5-sec x 70 comes into play. For every kegel, one to three reverse kegel is recommended. This is to optimize the blood volume pooling at the pelvic floor before sending it to the penile blood vessels.

Sounds like your body is recognizing the efficiency and effectively of the reverse kegel before the kegel. Observe more closely on how your body reacts in different combinations.
 
Hey this might a google most searched question but how do you clean sleeves typically to high priority for the SS or any sleeves? Type of soap to not damage the sleeves? Tiny hair removal on sleeves?

Man, been using utilizing the SS more combining that with a 20 minute length master beginner routine session this morning just right before I go into work feels like you got nothing in your pants and still slightly amount of tension, I actually was having a hard time trying to put it on but I figured out you have to roll up the sleeve neatly up on the cup then roll it down the shaft the turn the nob a little to have vaccum to straighten the penis in the SS cup, basic fix
 
The best way to keep them clean is by using a delicate amount of dish soap. The hairs should come off when you do this.And make sure you dry them completely
 
Thanks DLD you’re the best. when you do BTC stretches with LM I realized you can tie a rope on the LM attachment and pull over your shoulder or upwards for a better range of motion pull I used the same one the LM came with, now that’s awesome 😎
