Progress thread VTec’s Length Journey

Day 17 - VLC ADS 10 hours. On 5 hr mark I did Newbie stretches routine 30 - 40 mins there. ADS back on for another 5 hours,

Got home, SG - 4 hours medium tension
Went to sleep, woke up SG- 2 hours medium tension.

Heat pad 10 mins, Newbie stretching routine (30 mins 3 sets of the all stretches ) when stretching I go low grip each side I’ll do a bundled stretch after I did 15 mins of bundled stretches over the wrist 1 min holds for each side with a upward stretch for a break from the bundles 30 secs with rotary stretch 30 secs then back to bundles ( got a low hang after this ) right after that Heatpad 10 mins then to the hanging 💪🏼

Hanging session-
Set 1- 6 lbs X 10 mins ( center straight down )
Rest 10 mins
Set 2 - 6 lbs X 10 mins ( left straight down )
Rest 10 mins
Set 3 - 6 lbs X 10 mins ( right straight down )
Rest 10 mins
Set 4 - 5 lbs X 20 mins ( center straight down)
Rest 10 mins
Set 5 - 5 lbs X 20 mins ( left straight down )
Rest 10 mins
Set 6 - 5 lbs X 20 mins ( right straight down )

SG- 2 hours, went to sleep

My penis felt sore on the high end too after the 45 mins of manual stretches helped a lot breaking down the penis plus with the hanger finishing the job. Got a good work in.

Things I’m noticing, stretch marks by the base on the side lig, more veins are appearing at side of the base also tunica is getting new vein by mid shaft, dicks getting heavier too with flaccid hang looking longer

I’ll be getting more gains I’ll notify 🫡
 
@DLD I like doing the penis smack on my leg on those bathroom breaks ( for circulation ) which I get 2 maybe 3 times, bundled stretch each side 1 min holds x 4 with straight out stretch hold for a minute then strap back on the VLC. I forgot the thread but I got that strategy from you. I noticed its effectiveness. Thank you. 👍🏼

Yeah, I use the slap against my leg for extra blood flow and it worked great. I can't remember the routine, I put it in, but I'll keep an eye out and bump it for you. If I find it
 
I have MOSRED now and dude it’s awesome! Woke up with rock launcher missile down there, ima add to it the routine definitely 2 mins x 2 times a day for now then increase the time every 2 - 3 weeks. I like how it comes with direct instruction. Ima start posting again I been busy with work.

Is it ok if my eyes sting a little and have a temporary blur in the eyes after a MOSRED session but sometimes when I’m holding it goes directly to my eyes sometimes by accident, you get what I mean ? It came with goggles so ima just wear em since it’s only for 2 min sessions.

Another silly question, Any benefit before having sex, using the Bathmate with the MOSRED after the pumping sessions?

If your eyes are sensitive to red light, go ahead and only use red light at the start or at the end of the routine. This way, you can focus light where you need it while protecting your eyes with the goggles. My wife and I don't use the goggles any more but simply close our eyes lids.

It has been studied that red light does help with the cells in the eyes to regenerate and activate for most. Some don't see any improvement, or so they reported.
 
Still a 6.75 NBPEL that’s all I measured, didn’t reach my goal of 7 inch mark by August 1st, been doing Manual newbie stretch Routine, 10 min bundle stretch with hanging 5 lbs 3 x 20 mins typically 3 times a week or 2 due to privacy and work. Also experimented with the LM and PA, holy smoke when I pulled straight out with LM attached, I started laughing from how good the stretch felt haha said to myself “DLD is a fucking GENIUS” then “ I GOT POWER “. That side stretch with the LM is amazing too makes you feel like a true samurai with his blade on his side, those bundled stretches with LM are lethal especially BTC. Gotta work up to those.

PA is an amazing tool, I get a sensation, it exposes inner penis due to pressing up against you then stretching the penis thru it especially that low grip stretch while pulling the upper part of PA ( great stretch ) also the upward stretches feel great. I think this stretch move is awesome called PA BTC stretch basically BTC thru the PA man you’ll feel this one

Silistretcher is unique, my setup when ADS with it i put micro tape on my tip put the silicap then roll the sleeve that’s already on the SS onto my penis. I see how you can form a blister with this thing but I’m sure your penis gets used to it hopefully. Great ADS overall though I had to take 2 restroom breaks to stop blisters from forming in a 8- 10 shift. I like how stealthy it is with minimalist design. put that sucker on under 30 seconds,Not bad. Tested out hanging with it and I felt the difference between the two style but I like the LM hanging better for some reason.

Got to keep the traction load up after the LM3. Can't be leaving the LM3 to do the work without the traction load to keep the tissues elongated. For some, LM3 will work its magic and length comes like it's magical. For most, LM3 needs either the extender and stretcher, or even low load traction through wraps. Can't use one without the other for the growth effects.
 
So what you’re saying is ( just wanna make sure so I can understand ) after length workouts try to at least everytime keep your penis elongated slightly even as low as. 0.8 -2.5 lbs otherwise you won’t grow as quickly or I’ll leaving gains on the table for not ADSing for healing after length work??

Using an ADS is a fine way to hold your penis in a elongated position with light tension. And it will act as a healing device. There's no time limit on how much you should do this. Do what you can handle.
 
Hey this might be an over asked question but I’m very curious to hear the answer cause it’s ridiculous gains in short amount of time.

What did DLD do to obtain 2 inches in 6 months with manual stretches? Everytime I slack I tell myself that to motivate me

Everybody grows at a different rate, but everybody grows to the size. They want if they can concentrate and keep their minds on what they're doing.

Yes, I did make a two inch gain in length and a half inch in girth. This I did with my hands using special exercises. Some of them i've never even put out, but hopefully I can get them up in the future.

One thing I can tell you I did it was I did not cease from PE all of the day long, so basically I spent about eight hours a day, stretching and developing exercise.

Now, if I had what we have today, I think I would have done even better. If that's possible, but we are so blessed with all the equipment and routines like SRT. what a wonderful program we have today so I suggest everybody do SRT as as this as this is as this is where as this is where you as this is where you will as this is where you will make massive growth.

Excellent DLD, ima just keep working on PE daily and be patient with my gains. Also my discipline. I get a little impatient sometimes I’m working to get better at those things so I can stay successful in PE to bring upon those gains.

It's all about your attitudes and your consistency. Be determined by what you're doing. Consistency, it is difficult, but so the strong men out there they know it's necessary.

Nice work my brother! The newbie routine has been around forever and i'm glad you're taking advantage of it. When you have got out of the newbie routine you should go straight to SRT. This will ensure you keep growing.

hey, you know how King snake did the upward hang with his knee bent like he is going to do sit-ups, well couldn’t you do the same stimulus with your hands ?

Also another question, when doing LM stretches, turning the handles like a rolling up your penis motion, is that an effective stretch? a real exercise ? in theory wouldn’t behind the butt stretches with the LM after that motion would give you killer stretch? AKA good stimulus

Been doing manual stretches and attaching the SS mostly everyday 10 hrs light tension/ medium tension alternatively, making it more of a lifestyle for sure. when I get more privacy I do some hanging like this morning I did 7.3 pounds SD hang 20 mins 1 set then put on the SS.

Do you have a picture? I'm having a hard time understanding what you mean about his Hanging method

There are bundled stretches, and there are roll, stretches the roll. Stretches, or basically you winding back the handlebars and stretching from there. Bundles are where you twist a penis using the handlebars and then stretch from there
And you can see both of these exercises in the media section.

Awesome. That's awesome. You should really continue with this. And make it a habit, because this is gonna do you very good for your growth.

I got you. That's a great stretch and should be profitable to what you're doing.
