Haven't been doing the best of tracking, but I've done manual stretches over the past few days such as the mandingo stretch or maybe its the whale stretch. Can't remember what it's called. Back to tracking today though.
Hope everyone has been doing well. I have been very busy with life but I'm still stretching when I'm able to. I've been curious about my gains so I decided to measure early. I'll still be doing an official measurement soon. I'm pretty happy with my results even though my exercising has been pretty random. I've only been going for length recently and I'm closing in on 7.5in BPEL. If I'm able to achieve this by my official measurement day, that will be a 0.25in increase in the last 3 months. Not bad for not being very dedicated. My BPFSL has reached up to 7.75in.
Overall my goals are still the same. My first goal is to get to a BPEL of 8in. I'm pretty sure I can definitely reach this goal as my cock seems to be growing easily even without daily and sometimes not even weekly stretching.

From what I've read on the forum, 7in is a great number to be at, but it sounds like you're the same as me and you want a mega cock. It's totally possible. You can get an inch in as little as 3 months. It all depends on your level of dedication and the intensity you put into your exercises.
Personally I'm wanting to gain up to 8in before I focus on girth because girth exercises seem easier as my cock get bigger.
Decided to measure a day before I was supposed to because I was ready to know my results and because it's been exactly 9 months since I've started.

Overall, in the last 9 months I've increased my MSEG by 0.125in and my BPEL by 0.625in. Even though it's not an extreme amount, I'm still very happy with my progress. I've had a lot of life events, some health issues and in general a lack of time to actually train near as much as I have wanted to in the last 9 months. There were periods when I took months or weeks off from doing anything so with that said, I still consider this good progress.
Did my first actual set of full twist bundled stretches today. Previously I've only ever been able to do a half twist bundled stretch. Figured I'd let everyone know. More gains to come!
