From what I understand Vick was the 'GM' of a dog fighting ring, not the people tossing the dogs into the ring and watching them fight. I have two dogs and myself do love dogs like crazy, but damn some people go too far with all this, 'I love dogs, so Vick should die.' type attitude.

You make a such a valid point about humans killing humans and yet they get out and it's not a big deal. If a person was in the media's spotlight for brutally murdering five people it would be another person killing people. When Vick was in the spotlight for running a ring that 'murdered' dogs all the sudden it's "OMG HE IS KILLING DOGS!". This pretty much seems a perfect example of the pot calling the kettle black.

Also, if you purchase a dog, cat, snake, hamster or your animal of choice. Doesn't this legally make it your personal property? So, aren't you allowed to do whatever you please with your personal property? You'd think this would be true, but big brother steps in and tells you what you can and can't do with YOUR OWN property.

It's disgusting how people can sit there and blab about what the media wants you to think. I definitely agree with you...the American Pitbull already get stereotyped as a "bad" dog...and Vick did not help the situation by operating a dog fighting ring that pretty much showcased pitbulls...one of my best friends has a pit..and she is the most gentle playful dog you want to ever meet...i don't mind her being around my young child...it is the people like Vick and others that breed these dogs to be vicious and mean...without that extra push..pitbulls can be nice family dogs.

Anyone who sucks up what the media has to say or assumes an image based on other people's judgements or actions for a specific breed or ANYTHING (in this case pits) is a ignorant fucking piece of shit.

IMO Vick did not ruin any type of imagine a dog should have, Penis EnlargementOPLE did. I've never seen an aggressive pit unless the owner has 'trained' him/her that way. I'd say 97% of the Pits that I have can in contact with are nothing but extremely loving animals. I've never seen an aggressive type of animal unless it's trained or 'programmed' that way. Hell, I've seen Yorkies that are mean as fuck. Should I alert the media and put a stigma on Yorkies? Better start protecting your ankles....

So im gettin a ticket for failure to observe signal and then this bitch cop goes i should have given you a ticket for disturbing the peace cuz i was blast Get Em by J R Writer. So i go first of all get that fucking light out my face and second the statue of limitation says that in order for you to punish me for the offense you have to do it at the time of the offense. So now shes mad and this her dick ass partner come up and says Im cuttin you a break and so i go oh you letting me go and start laughing. and before he could say anything i told him to give me my shit back and put my car in first and threw my e brake up. So he gives me my shit and then i go whats ya badge number to both of them. So they give it to me and then they realize im on the phone and say whose on the phone so i say my lawyer and they called me a liar so I said speak to him and put it on speaker. So my lawyer tells them to have their asses in court on the 22 not the 24 cuz he already has some shit to do then and then he tells me to pull off. And so i reved my b16 engine to 7200 rpms and left smoke and a whole lot of smoke by them bitches. LMFAO

The only mainstream group I have any respect for is ASPCA, they're not a 'animals-before-people' type group.
