Help DLD! Ok.1.I've been reading about the LOT theory and was wondering if you can explain it to me and also do I need to necessarily follow it to gain or can I gain regardless of the LOT theory?2.About length and girth workouts but especially girth I've read that you must reach fatigue at the end of the workout but how exactly do you know this feeling and if after a workout session a person doesn't feel that fatigue can they do some other work in addition to the original workout or should they just do the original workout no matter what they feel at the end of it?Please help.
