Vac extender question

I'm supplementing a home made vac [words=https://shop.mattersofsize.com/products/sizegenetics-penis-extender]extender[/words] with my manual stretching and was wondering how long I should wear it for after my session? I can't find a solid answer anywhere.

No hourly recommendation? Just go by feel? I was originally planning on wearing after manual stretching for an hour, then wear for hourly sessions throughout the day for a total of 4 hours.

I'll post pics of it later, Plokter.
