what do upwards stretches target, cause I cant feel any ligament pull
With upwards or multi-direction stretching, you'll hit parts of the penis and the ancillary tissues and ligaments that you wouldn't target with downwards stretching.

I agree. If you look at the anatomy for the penis, and the surrounding structure/tissue, and all the ligaments, you will understand why DOWNWARD and BTC are the most important stretches.Upward stretching should be done but most importantly downward and BTC should be of main focus.

No, you have not wasted your time doing upward stretches. They are necessary to take advantage of that small part of the ligament, but it's even more important to concentrate on downward stretching and behind the cheeks.
I want to keep doing girth work for the next one year before I can consider length work again. Even if I get to 7 inches girth, I will still make length gains from doing the downward bundled stretches and BTC.

Unfortunately, I'm all about girth now until July next year. I don't know if I will make length gains from the hardcore stretches or not but no length measurement at all until July next year, same for girth.
