Uncomfortable for cut men in their underwear?

Forgive me for posting this question in this category as it really has nothing to do with Penis Enlargement. I did so because it has more traffic than the foreskin category and this topic is important.

I'm circumcised, and wish I wasn't.

I have been active all my life and never had a problem with my penis (the glans specifically) rubbing against my underwear. I used to wear speedo-type underwear (tighty-whities), which are tight and do not allow the penis to move while I'm active.

Now I wear boxer briefs, so the penis is loose when I'm active, or just walking. It is very uncomfortable for the glans of my penis because it rubs against my underwear, even while walking.

So what I do is sometimes I wrap my penis with GLAD cling wrap and hold it in place with tape to cover my penis. This way I do not feel the glans rubbing agaisnt my underwear.

Boxer briefs are more comfortable than speedo-type underwear, but I may have to go back to the latter... or I'll just keep wearing the GLAD cling wrap to protect my penis form the abrasive rubbing.

Also, wouldn't covering the penis with some sort of wrapping protect it and preserve it the was foreskin does for uncut men?

Does anyone else go through this?
