I'm planning to get back doing PE exercises but this time I would like to use some type of device to keep my penis from retracting after my PE workouts.

Use both or interchange? I've looked into the divo thing a while back, it seems decent.

the divo suit seems slimmer but good for keeping it elongated, but the [words=http://www.mattersofsize.com/forum/showthread.php?44-Ace-Strapped-Jims-Joint]UJW[/words] can do that too if u wrap it properly in a stretched flaccid or semi-erect state

Have you considered [words=https://shop.mattersofsize.com/products/sizegenetics-penis-extender]SG[/words] or PF? Either of those would keep you elongated after a workout. They are more expensive though. Just wanted to throw that out there
