Biggest advice is to always do girth before length. Length first will cause too much fatigue and make girth very difficult
Just spotted this quote and wondering why you say that yet in all the other places on the forum it mentions length first then girth?

If this is wrong then that changes everything as many of us are doing length first…if you could clarify on this that would be brilliant
 
Day 2, 3 sets, 20mins in this position I’m keeping it simple week one I’ll bundle when I’ve stretched some skin! Probably not this week.
I got a feeling you are the man for twist & pulls. 🤔
Looks like you got enough tissue to do bundled stretches. But I understand, increase the intensity exponentially as you progress.
 
Ok so here I am back at it, I quit PE in February because the drive to get back in the gym for summer was greater than the drive for PE, I’m back because I always quit the gym for a few months over the winter. I’m working less hours now so hopefully when the spring comes around I can achieve both, I’m going to try!

I can’t find my paperwork but I did measure when I quit at 3 months and amazingly I had gained 1” in BPFSL and I 0.7” in BPEL.

my partner is very pleased I’m back at it as he didn’t want me to stop 😉
 
My routine will remain the same at least 3x20 min sets in the length master which will be bundled after a little conditioning.
