TURTLING WHEN OUT OF EXTENSION HELP PLEASE !!!

hey guys is anyone else having turtling issues when they get off the extension belt, i wear it for almost 8 hours straight and sleep with another at night, after pumping for one and a half hours straight 5 days a week or 6 sometimes but the minute i remove i'm hanging lower for a bit, but once i relax its back to turtling again over and over again how can i adapt my penis to hang outside of the extension periods ???

Either pick up a sleeve or a roll of ace wrap. After you have trained it’s so important to heal in a elongated state. So after you’ve trained and you’re going to sleep simply put on the sleeve and you will remain elongated. If you go with the ace wrap you can do the uncle Jim’s wrapping method. To get a better understanding of healing and gaining I highly recommend you read through the first post in SRT.

Brother i stay all day elongated but s soon as i shower or skip a day , its back to turtling ive been doing this for almost two years straight im wondering if theres something im not doing right to get a flaccid hang

Have you also been doing the testicle health massage and stretch in the newbie routine? In conjunction with remain in the elongated the testicle health massage and stretch will train your penis to remain elongated. Do both and watch how quickly things improve

No there’s quite a bit more to the exercise. I’ll post it below for you:

Testicle Health Massage and Stretch
With favorite lotion grab your scrotum just above your testicles. Now in a rubbing motion massage each testical for 30 seconds rubbing between your fingers in a gentle but firm movement. Now massage all the fluid around your testicles for 60 seconds. At this point your scrotum should be very relaxed.

Now you want to stretch your penis upward while you’re stretching your scrotum downward hold this for 60 seconds and then stretch your penis down word why are you stretch your scrotum upward and hold for 60 seconds. Repeat this 10 times.

Do you recommend putting on sleeve/ACE wrap during the night?

I'm in the same boat. Turtling has been a problem for me all my life. Mine is quite extreme as it retracts right in to the point where only my head peaks out. Not sure if it is this extreme with you guys.

I'm on PE for 3 weeks now, on the Male Edge.
Also doing the newbie stretch routine, with the testicle massage and Uncle Jim Wrap.
No positive results yet but gonna hang in there....
 
Yes, does make sense, but if you put it on too tight there may be a possibility of reduced blood flow to the penis whilst asleep, which could be problematic

That usually will not be an issue but I do appreciate your caution so what I would suggest is setting an alarm for the first few nights every three hours to make sure everything looks good. If that looks good go for six hours and if that looks good go for the night.
