I have it,I don't stress off it really because when I'm fully hard all the loose skin stretches out to accomodate my length.When fully hard, You can't tell that I have it.

It's only when I'm flacid that it's noticable but even then,I'm use to having it,lke i said i think it it's there to support my length when hard.

Turkey neck seems to be more about where your balls hang than anything else. I've got a turkey neck. It's just extra sac skin. Mine hang really low too.
