I am new so take this with a huge grain of salt but I have read a lot of profiles with concerns of this problem. I was stretching last night and had a rubber band on my wrist, I wrapped it around the twins playpen and made sure it wasnt too snug. I started stretching(newbie DLD routine) and noticed my turkey neck was pretty much on lock down and I didnt appear to be stretching it while I was stretching the penis. I think this helps me because I can focus on a firmer pull and find I dont have to use my other hand at the base to keep from stretching the turkey neck skin... Just a thought. I call it the rubberband turkey neck killer...lol....
