Thanks for your tips, pal. I'm wondering if I should just go back to a strict jelqing routine for a while. It's definitely the stretching that is creating it.

Sorry yours got worse but I speak from my own experience and my routine does not work for everyone. I had a tight batwing turkeyneck caused by the frenum (or what's left of it), pulling on the bottom of my shaft skin to the tight balls. Stretching this tight turkeyneck or "batwing" gets rid of this type of turkeyneck as you can see from my pics. My turkeyneck was caused by insufficient skin.
Yours my be a turkeyneck from extra loose skin not pulled by the frenum and balls but it is extra skin from all the tension from manual stretching and jelqing. You may have excess skin that needs to cover "something". Thickening would help accomodate the excess skin AND ball pumping to make the balls grow. Some of you may not want bigger nuts but I personally like them because they feel good when smacking a girl's belly while fucking her. Also, the excess skin will have something else to cover besides your penis.
I apologize that I was not more specific about the types of turkeyneck and how to handle the symptoms.
