Tunica stretching for the first time: how much should I go?

So... this is the first time I'm going to try the A-Stretch and I would like to know how much time should I put into this.

In basic manual stretches I've reached about 15/16 minutes along these months but I guess I can't go all this way with this new exercise (since I never did any stretching on the tunica), can I?

a stretch don't really stretch the tunica well. You can find a lot better exercises that target that area. PLus you can go all out working the tunica, its pretty tough.
