TuffDong Motivation

Well, I unfortunately cannot do anything tonight. My back is out of commission. Don't know what the heck I did, but the pain is too much to even sit up. ? Just gonna lay out and hope it feels better in the morning.

Maybe I can get some fulcrum stretches in before I knock out. ??

Did not end up doing anything last night, and my back is still screwed this morning. I will do a pump session, as well as manual work. Basically anything I can do from a bedridden position. There will be no picture documentation this morning.

Evening routine....

I tried a couple different things with hanging tonight. I haven't been utilizing the cap, as it wasn't doing much. I left the end of the sleeve unrolled, for glans protection against the neoprene edge of the LengthMaster cradle. This is the best grip and protection I have had so far, and I was able to do some pretty intense work with ZERO discomfort.

I did bundles galore, and really cranked down, achieving several revolutions for some tight bundles. Also used my fulcrum assist for an interesting stretch that proved quite intense. I can say that I'm figuring this device out, and applying it in very beneficial ways with my BED Hanger weight system.

This morning, I did 2 sessions of pumping, and the expansion I had through the day was pretty amazing. No retention whatsoever. Just a very thick, strong, and heavy unit. I strapped on the Duro midday and put in a couple manual clamped two handed squeeze bending sessions of 5 minutes each. I managed to retain the incredible expansion for the entire day.

I would love to replicate this, and can hopefully incorporate it everyday.

I have yet to do my morning routine, as privacy is spotty. Will get it in, for sure.

At around 6am, I entered the pump for 15 minutes @10hg. Am not seeing any negatives, with absolutely no retention either. No picture documentation for that session.

My back is still messed up. I should probably soak in the tub. Maybe I will have a hanging session while soaking....
 
Morning/noon routine....

I soaked in the bath with some epsom salts while hanging for a good 30 minutes, then continued for another 20 minutes out of the bath. 20lbs of tension, with some bundling and experimental fulcrum work with the power assist portion of the LengthMaster.
