@F26 , I didn't use the rope to extend the assist, and instead went with a Hangall and extra carabiner. Why? Well, for one thing I love the sound of that metal clanking around. Reminds me of building strength, and also is sort of a metaphor. Links added to the chain of progression....

Should be even better to use a Hangall instead of a rope, less elastic and you can stretch with more force. Great job Tuff ?
 
Yeah, better for sure. Couldn't use my left foot before, as it created discomfort. Need another wrap, and I can do up my medium size Hangall for bicep application. I snagged those 2 rolls when my daughter had a Dr appointment, haha. Yup, I'm THAT GUY. I only take what I need and can use though.

LOL That's how it's done! Take what you get and use it in the best way. For the first 2 days since my Lengthmaster cam, I've cut of the bad handels of a cotton carry bag and used them instead of the rope for connecting the weights to a carabiner, it also worked great but I didn't wanted to destroy all my cotton bags haha :)

So, this is a first. After he cuff work, I noticed a bit of blood on my finger. I found that it came from my dick hole. Just a little bit, not dripping out, but still, never happened before. Need to go easy in the cuff. I will be taking a rest day, due to this. Don't need any injury.

Update...

Urinated just fine. No pain, no more blood. I'm pretty sure it is as external as it can get, right at the edge of the hole. Still, rest is needed...
 
Do you know why it came up? For sure it was too much for your dick, but was it too much intensity or too much time, or maybe both? Did you feel it hurting during the exercise or was the exercise comfortable and you just noticed it afterwards when the blood came?
Do you already feel a little better now after a few hours or does it hurt?
Just asking so I can prevent this kind of things ?
