Expansive cuff work, expansive pumping for 10 min @5hg spiking to 10hg for 10 seconds at the 5 min mark. Duro strapped. ...

I decided to spike the intensity while in the cuff. Harder bends while at maximum expansion, and finishing off with a long uli+bends. This was pretty cool, and I will start to do them from here on out. I cut 10 min off my time in the pump to avoid fluid retention due to the intense cuff work.
 
Yep that guy is girthy as hell,I have had really ridiculous BM 25 mins sessions.. having not enough time sucks really really sucks

I feel you on that tip, my brother. I have finally obtained privacy, after 11 years, and I will sleep 3-4 hours if that is what's needed to get my sessions in.
 
Took the time now and went through all of the 32 sites... Bro, you already know what I think about you from all our chatting in the chatroom, but I really have to say it again: You're such an inspiration for many people here. Haven't seen a thread with so many details about the progress. Also your consistency so far... damn! I hope I can also built up such a strong habit :)

Home from job. Now for work. ???

Expansive cuff work, expansive pumping for 20min @5hg spiking to 10hg for 10 seconds at the 5 min mark.

Replicated the same routine as last night, with the added intensity and uli+bends in the cuff. While down the uli and upward bend, I noticed how good it felt, and also an inner "itch". I focused on that direction for a good 30 seconds, and around 5-10 seconds for the others. I will keep doing these to finish up the cuff sessions. I wonder if this feeling is a sign of something truly good happening in there.....

Extended the links for a greater, more relaxed PULL. Thanks for that "duh, you dummy!" recommendation @F26 . Sometimes I just settle, no clue why, haha.

Manual fulcrum assisted stretching. No time, just fun. ???
