That measurement photo is everyrhing. I will start doing length and girth together from January 25th. I'm so excited already.

Expansive cuff work, expansive clamping for 5 minutes with added bends during the final minute, expansive pumping for 20 minutes @5hg spiking to 10hg for 10 seconds at the 5 min mark, Duro strapped. .....

I will finish the night up with manual work. Just good old fashioned manual stretching and fulcrum assisted stretching.
 
Morning routine. ..

I did some manual work directly after waking. About 35 minutes of random stretching, squeezes, clamped bends, and uli. Nice one-on-one session for sure.

Last night after my routine, I did manual work as well. All of the above, and 1 hour of fulcrum assisted stretching. PUTTIN IT IN!

My motivation is zero n I don't think I'll reach my goal by the end of this fucking year,but is great to have amazing bros here

Try not to set your goals in a cemented future or time/date. It is not the way to go about this, and will rush and/or completely demotivate you. Keep that mind healthy and positive, my brother. You WILL attain your gain. ❤??

Warm up, LengthMaster hanging trials session 4, 45 minutes under 20lbs of tension, bundles, Duro strapped and oiled up. ..

From the floor, to the bed. Testing all positions. Holding strong, with absolutely no slippage, red spots, or swelling/edema. I found the perfect wrap on the first try... Did you expect any less from me? ???

This thing can hold weight very well. Need many more disc weights, very soon. ??
 
Wow those sessions are impressive!! probably I'll never have such a complete session as yours now I see why huge guys are real gainers.. really creativity guy you are..

Mmm i have no clue,I know is an everyday thing at Least for me that's what I want to but I've never wanted to turn it into a boring dull n ineffective chore.. I'll see what I can do.Theres nothing magical here....time+knowledge+the will to grow.

I'm far away from my goal tough LOL..

What's the name of this exercise you are doing in this video?

Oh, I guess it's hanging. I thought it was the length master foot long stretch. I'm trying to find the video of that exercise.
