good morning, your thread is awesome and very motivating! My starting state is a little bigger than yours was way back when but I hope to get close to where you are now, one day! I have more questions if you don’t mind.
1. What are you using for a cuff, how long are you staying in it?
2. How long are you keeping the clamp on?
3. How long do you keep the “coffin” on and what’s the purpose of just buckling a few at a time?
4. What does“duro strapped” mean, a cock ring?
5. How do you manage to stay in the pump 20 min without a sleeve on and get no significant edema?

How long are you clamping every clamp for? I'd be careful with that.

I stay clamped for no longer than a total of 10 minutes. I did 15 before, but that was due to experimentation. Now that I know what I'm doing with the chamber, I can reach 110% engorgement before applying.

I know my body very well, and am fully focused on every tiny detail during my sessions.

2.) 10 min max.

3.) Preferably 5 min. Every other clamp is engaged as recommended by @longstretch. This creates "strain eclipses", allowing expansion in-between clamps.

4.) Duro strapped, meaning applying the Duro Ring, which is a brutally string silicone cock ring.

5.) I stick to a maximum of 5hg for 19 minutes and 50 seconds. 10hg is only reached during a 10 second "spike" at the 5 minute mark. Even at a lower hg, you can get fluid buildup/retention if under for too long. 20 minutes I have found to be right on the brink. Any longer and I will start getting the dreaded donut, and I don't need any sweets in my diet. ?
 
I awoke at 1:50am, and had trouble getting back to sleep, so I grabbed my Fulcrum Assist and proceeded to do some intense manual stretching until 3:45am, when I finally managed to fall asleep mid-tug. Due to that session, I will only be pumping for this morning's session.
