Pump session first thing, then stretching for a good 45 min.

Just finished a HEFTY girth routine, with plenty of squeezes and uli. Then, went into the pump again. Jumped into the shower, and proceeded to do another INTENSE stretch session. Duro Strapped....

Once again.... damn lighting. .. ugh

Thats a reall fatty congrats *

One thing I must say, is that I am seeing a much more improved erection quality when I stretch directly after pumping.

Other advantages are a fuller stretch feeling, throughout my entire unit, and not at those usual focal points. If I end up with some slight fluid buildup after some crazy girth and pump work, the elongation process clears it up instantaneous.

My final thought......

Not a theory in my mind anymore, but reality before my eyes. ???

I've known about this, for quite some time actually. It was never something I did every time, but on the occasion. It started because I would feel that my hang suffered after pumping. Plump, fat, yes and yes, but the long hang wasn't quite there. Maybe proportional, in my mind, in my hand, from a certain perspective.

It really never *clicked* fully in my mind though, as something entirely beneficial, all around. That was until REDZULU entered this very thread.

Putting it out there, to shuffle and deal. Content with my hand, always.

Predetermined? Depends how deep you would like to go. Spirituality can add depths to your mind that can be stammer inducing at times. These deep reaches can open up a new way of thinking. Paths that aren't confined to just here, nor over there.

All I know is, that the universe is working it's magic, and I will not get in the way. Not for fear of change, nor uncertainty. I am content in this very instant, and therefore I will always be.

Grand Finale..... day ending routine. ??

Girth work w/ uli, squeezes, and bends. You can see where my pinky hooks below the cuff, and the remainder around the cuff. This gives me all the control for an intense uli.

Pump 20min @5hg. Grabbing that tube, blasting positive energy, and injecting affirmations for manifestation. ?

Shower up, oil free, hang 20min @15lbs. I can feel the pull HARD around the frenelum. Swinging circles and deep massage w/ root pulls throughout the session.

Now I can just chill and do manual work until I don't fall asleep. ????
 
These exercises are now interconnected, with one greatly benefiting the other. I've leveled up once more. ????

Time for a much needed upgrade.....

Hangalls are THE SHIT!! ??

The 18" will be utilized for manual fulcrum applications........

Oh, and those anchor points will be strategically placed around the room. ????
