I have suBathmateitted this rotuine at a good fitness site I regulerly use and here's the link http://www.building-muscle101.com/triceps-weight-training-routine.html
Currently, which I havent added in that link I'm doing 4 x 6 on both exercises with a good poundage 85-90% of my 1 rep max and 4 x 3 at the end which is 95% of my one rep max to take the triceps to absolute failiure.
Doing 4 x 22 on the dips at the end .... just updateing this as its not in the above link.
Do this routine reguler for 2 months and you will see results ... I promise.
I was doing 2 tricep workouts per week, now I work each body part once per week and it works better .. so triceps once per week .. dont feel you need to hammer this.
