What do you guys think are the top 10 manual stretches?

in no particular order:

1. Standard stretches (newbie ones)
2. DLD footlong stretch
3. DLD Sock stretches
4. Bundled double tunica stretches
5. A-stretches
6. V-stretches

That;s all I can think of right now, havent done manuals in a long time...

Good thread! - Im very interested to see what people say.
Blasters/Newbie stretches with revere kegel are my fav - nice and simple.
