Oh absolutely. What girth work are you planning on doing?
I'll be doing Interval pumping for 20-30 minute sessions.

Going to start with 2×5×2 minute minute intervals with a 5 minute break every 10 minutes.

Aiming for 6-8% expansion mid shaft with minimal edema.
So im going to knock my pressure down to 7.5-8Hg since I'll be in the tube longer than usual.

I'll be using the mityvac

Although it has the ability to do water pumping ill be sticking to air pumping.
Mainly because it's easier.
With Interval pumping you need to release the pressure at the end of each Interval (for me, 2 minutes) and immediately pump back up.
I don't see an easy way to do that with water involved

Watching for signs of over work.
Shriveled flaccid, hard flaccid, loss of sensitivity, harder to get aroused, etc.

Also going to be extremely careful I don't over pump. Since pumping is the safest way to gain girth I don't want to get an injury or a blister.

In the past im prone to getting what I think are blood blisters.
I have some hair that grows about 1/2 inch up my shaft, just the name of the game with PE.
When I shave it and pump up, sometimes the hair follicle gets aggravated and I can start to bleed from it.
But my hair follicles are weird. I have like 2-3 hairs that come out of every hair follicle on my body.

Yeah we need to do what works for us, and keep the healing and recovery part as of a high priority as the active PE work itself. That have been true for me as well.

Alright so I did my first girth session yesterday.
Did some tunica work.

Then 2×2×5 in the mityvac

First round at 8Hg
Second at 8.5Hg

Got 4.6% expansion.

I'm aiming for at least 6% so I'll be trying 8.5Hg for all rounds tomorrow and adding 4 more minutes to see if that does the trick.
 
So I measured wrong on my first workout 😅

I actually got 7% expansion

And today I got 7.75%!!!!

No need to add more.
I didnt add the extra 4 minutes in the pump to my session once I realized my mistake.

I'll be doing this routine probably 4-5 days a week.
For me girth is way less taxing on my body.
Give me 30 minutes and I feel like I could do the routine again

Going to see how my flaccid looks in 4-6 hours and if it stays long and I wake up with some raging morning wood I'll be doing another session tomorrow as well.

Remember, if you're showing positive signs of growth, keep training

You start showing signs of overtraining, back off a little bit and take a day off to recover, then get back to it

Day 11 of Girth routine

Hit 5.6% expansion post workout.

Taking tomorrow off then trying 1 more session at same time and pressure

If I hit less than 6% again I'll add another 2 minute interval

This was my first session that I hit less than 7% actually so im not too worried at the moment
 
Flying home for the holidays today.

Going to take my mityvac in my carry-on.

I know you can fly with it I just don't want to get stopped by TSA again.
Because I did get stopped last time I flew.

But on my return flight I didn't.
Guess it all depends on how they're feeling that day.

I know the airport is going to be packed and I really don't want to deal with them holding up my stuff in front of everyone.

He asked specifically about the pressure gauge.
I guess cause on the scanner it looks like a firearm to someone who's not experienced with weapons
 
I changed my mind though.

I'm going to opt for clamping the week that I'm gone.

Not hard clamping. I want to make that clear.
I'll be using small cock rings (4-5) for 5 minute sets until I reach target expansion.

I'm guessing 4 sets of 5 minutes with a 3 minute rest between will get me there

I have no idea cause I've never clamped

Did they opened up your bag?
- Members on MOS should get a special passport, in order to make the process easier.

Sure did!
Opened my bag and took it out for everyone to see.
Even held it up at eye level making it obvious.

It's annoying more than anything. You can read on the TSA website that they allow sex toys and pumps are about as basic as it gets.
Not like I'm trying to bring something crazy on board like a 15 inch metal dildo that could knock someone out haha
