Week 3 is complete!

So far I'm up 7MM in BPSFL!
I'm still only using 5lbs of tension in an extender every other day for 20 minutes.

I am starting to get below 2.5% post workout elongation so I will be adding another 5 minute set.
I believe in adding more sets before more weight.
This should put me closer to a 3% elongation post workout which I would be more comfortable with

Just 1 more workout until I'm done with week 4!
My EQ is insane, libido is also very high. Im sure I've gained EL but I'm not measuring yet.
I was just with a girl last night and she even said I was big so thats all I need to hear at the moment haha

My girth is also looking noticeably bigger and is staying around much longer after sessions. Upwards of 8-10 hours now.

I'm going to take a week off starting Monday to allow my progress to keep making leaps and bounds and to not allow strength adaptation.

I am going to measure at the start and end of my week off to see if there are any changes but I highly doubt it.
 
Week 4 is complete!
Taking a week off now.
I noticed my fatigue rate was dropping below 2% on my last workout
Instead of upping the weight and duration of the workout I'm giving my tissue time to heal and allow the fatigue to get back to baseline.
Pretty crazy I'm hitting strain metrics already considering BD says you probably won't until 3 months in.

Start of week 5 will be 25 minutes in the extender, and my pump sessions will stay the exact same except I will go up to 7Hg
I've been doing 6.5Hg for the past 4 weeks with minimal discoloration so I think its safe to move up in pressure.
First session will only be 6.5Hg because of the week off but every session afterwards will be 7.
I'll start measuring for the pump as well.
You want 6-8% expansion post workout.
Pretty sure I'm already there but again month 1 was getting my body back on track.
I am slowly (emphasis on slowly) getting back up. If I can gain 1 inch in a year I would be more than happy with that.
I've already made amazing gains so I really am doing it now because I think its fun and just want to see how big I can actually get
 
Yes! Rest should be planned, and have a purpose behind it. The dicipline needs to be put in place always. Efficient rest is as important as doing PE itself.

Only reason I'm taking rest is to not allow strength adaptation in the tissue.
We want fatigue but not at the expense of making our junk so strong to where we need ridiculous tension to cause growth factors

This week is all about quality sleep, hydration, clean diet, and abstaining from sex and masturbation as much as possible.
Only once a day max for sex/masturbation
And if I can handle it possibly every 48 hours

I have been stretching with every muscle fibre in my entire body (as hard as I can) during my entire length increase journey, and I have gaind like crazy (with: LENGTHMASTER 3 and a broomstick).

Yes there are many users in Rddt doing this new approach and are gaining.
I don't doubt you gain like crazy with the LM.
I've done many routines with it and gained as well.

This is a less is more approach and I would say it's for those that don't want such a time consuming routine/hobby
