SIM trains 2 on 1 off and gained I believe almost 3 inches in just 6 months! If you train will similar intensity and consistency then I imagine you'd be able to smash your goals in the same timeframe if you train 1 on 1 off.

That is: 3 days on and 1 day off, and repeat.

When I was doing hand stretches with my broomstick, I trained with less rest, like 6 days per week and one day rest.
I believe rest needs to be something we need to plan in advance. Not to much rest, just to keep you going so you can use full intensity the next session.

Oh, my mistake! I must've gotten you confused with another member.

I don't think he'll get the same results as you either while only training every other day, but based on his earlier posts, it sounds like he needs 1 inch length and 3/4 inch girth to cement his goal size, so I believe it's reasonable for him to attain them in his timeframe. I'm not overly familiar with extenders though, so his gains might come slower than I'm anticipating.

@Tommy Gun I could be wrong about this too but I believe @DLD said he only did his maintenance routine once a week, I've been lurking on this site just doing a lot of reading for a few years though, so that info could very well be outdated. If you're able to spend more days of the week doing active PE then you'll likely reach your goals and be able to switch to a maintenance routine with a lower frequency sooner. Just make sure if that's the case that you're listening to your body and taking rest days as you see fit in order to avoid injury.

I'm trying to offer what knowledge I can but I'd definitely defer to the more experienced members for confirmation. If I'm wrong don't be afraid to call me out, it's the fastest way for me to learn! Good luck with your routine either way, I've got my fingers crossed for ya!
 
I spent 14 minutes before my length protocol working on malleability today.
I did half the amount of work...
And I got the same elongation at the end of the workout!
2.5% increase in only 20 minutes total in the extender.
This is great news considering I plan to only add 5 minutes in the extender every 2-3 weeks.
If I'm able to hit over 2% increase with this little volume that is a very good sign for growth going forward.
My approach this go around is maximum recovery before my next session.
 
Managed to hit a 3% increase in length post session instead of the usual 2.5% I get.
I tried really hard to reverse Kegal the entire time so I think thats how I was able to get the extra increase despite keeping the tension exactly the same as last session.
That or I was just in a much more relaxed state.

Last session of the week will be Sunday morning.
 
I agree, you need reverse Kegels for fast gains. And what I have discovered also, is that if you stretch hard with LENGTHMASTER 3, it's easier to relax into the stretch if you pull really hard.

This is because the reverse kegel totally relaxes the pelvic floor muscles completely leaving you free to stretch without resistance
 
Week 2 is finished!

Recap of everything so far.
My penis is looking the healthiest it's ever been. Flaccid hang is very apparent. EQ is so good im popping boners randomly like im 16 again.

Week 3 I will only be adding .5lbs of tension.
Time will stay the same in the extender
20 minutes total

I'm glad I started out slow and have a routine that is every other day. For me it makes it way less stressful and I'm recovering fully.
 
First session of week 3 was today.
Had a bit of a hiccup.
So I use a vacuum bell for my extender. And I use the water trick.
Thank God for this trick because it actually let me know that I had a hole in my sleeve!
This hole was so small but during my 3rd strain set in the extender I was losing suction and closer inspection showed water literally spraying out the back of the sleeve.
When I took it off you couldn't even see the hole with the naked eye it was so small.
No worries.
Tossed in the trash and got a new one which secured a perfect vacuum.
Going to start adding nail clipping and filing down my nails to be baby smooth from here on out.
Thats the only way I could have gotten a hole in this sleeve so quickly.

Finished off my routine with 2.5% increase from starting flaccid size.
My tension is up to 5lbs in the extender.
Going to keep this weight for quite awhile and will only be adding 5 minute sets every few weeks or until I no longer get at least a 2% post workout elongation.

Reverse Kegels = Relax your PC muscles fully when you stretch. Relax into the stretch fully. This is needed for fast gains, and in order to stretch your entire penis at the same time (inner penis and outer penis).

I don't know what was so different about my routine today but I really felt it.
2.48% increase post session.
Will definitely need a rest day tomorrow. I don't feel overworked but the strain was intense for the last 10 minutes.
I did change my sitting position so maybe that was it.
But I maintained 5lbs of tension for the whole session.

Up 5MM BPSFL in 17 days so pretty happy with that.
Not measuring BPEL until the end of week 4 but it will definitely be longer
 
I also got a weird question for anyone that might know the answer to this
Can you bring PE equipment on a plane?
The only items I want are the apex extender and the mityvac
Just wanting to see if TSA would take them for whatever reason
