I took the last 2 months completely off from PE because I felt like I was over working big time.
I felt like my tunica was turning into steel cable and it was taking too much to feel like I was getting any sort of expansion.

I'm doing my length work in the apex extender at the moment.
Only using 4-5lbs of tension and im getting a 2.5% increase from my starting measurement and my routine is only 33 minutes total.
So the break/reset I did served its purpose as a fresh start for new growth.

The science says you only need 2% length increase post workout for growth so I'm going to continue this workout for the foreseeable future and see what kind of results I get.

I've been watching alot of videos of BD and his partner mcswerve, creator of the apex extender.
I know there's too many chefs in the kitchen when it comes to PE but I really like their approach and I want something to switch things up.
BD researches articles and studies that quite frankly I don't have time to do myself so he's pretty much done all the work, put it to the test, posted his results, so I figured I'd try it out.

My BPFSL go from, 15 cm to 17 cm.

I have gained a lot of length, so in a way I have performed my own study. I did watch BD, but I got a feeling that he was promoting slow gains. Since he was afraid of stretching sorness?

I don't know, I can be wrong. But how many men out there have done this kind of stretching at the intensity I'm doing it. I have even modified the LENGTHMASTER 3 in order to stretch harder.
I gained ~2.7 inches in length in 6 months.

My cock have been through a lot lately.
If I calculate he have grown: 12.7 cm to ~19.5 cm = 6.8 cm => ~ 2.7 inches in length (BPEL).
He deserve some rest.
 
Just trying to have a discussion of methods of gaining length. But personally I believe in high intensity stretches in short bursts. It may be different with an extender where you are stretching for a longer time. Then maybe there will be a point where if you stretch to hqrd and toblong, your penis will start to protest?

I did intense stretching routines in the past and gained quite a bit.

But I did get injured.... again. And again, and again...
So im cool with a slow approach now.
From my personal experience it got to where I was getting injured and then tried to come back at the same intensity for the fear of missing potential gains.
I was too impatient to try to slowly get back to where I was, only to get injured in the process.
Long story short I was taking too many days off due to injury.
I know some guys like yourself are able to stretch the living crap out of your dick and gain significantly fast because of it.
Makes me jealous haha

I guess it all depends on how fast you want to gain.
I'm comfortable enough with my size now to where I'm cool with gains coming slower.
 
BD said in the video he uses those percentages because if you stretch a liagment too much it tends to want to retract and ya him and his partner are all about small gains over time.

Okey. Now I understand your approach I'm sorry for the injuries you experienced in the past, I hope you are fully recovered. I hope it will work better for you now. I wish I could use an extender, but I'm so afraid it will remove my upward bend in my penis. To just sit with it and maybe be able to do other things during that PE session, like reading a book must be awesome.

Okey, this cleared everything up for me. I suppose not everyone want fast gains.

I know nothing about extenders. It's interesting to follow you, @CRay2323 and @Tommy Gun to learn about extenders. Maybe this will be an option for me in the future. It's harder for me to get in my sessions now.

I'm as straight as an arrow so I have no idea if it would would get rid of an upward bend or not.

Yea I got my fast gains early on in my journey with the brotherhood.

This extender is supposed to replace hanging so that's why I got it.

I haven't measured in awhile.
But I've been getting complimented on my size frequently so I think im about the same as I was when I stopped.
Which was a little over 7.75"
Girth was a little over 6 at the base and 5 3/4 mid shaft.
One thing about my journey despite my injuries is I have been lucky retaining my gains.
I think thats because I was practicing SRT religiously for a year

I'm pretty close to my lifetime goal anyway.
I want to get to 8.25×6
I think with how close I am already it's 100% going to happen within the next 6 months easy.

Will this be enough to stimulate growth?
I have no idea. But I think its easier on my body long term.
It's also closer to how I want my maintenance routine to be anyway.
So if I can still gain doing every other day that's even better for me.
I'll always do some form of PE.
Especially pumping. It's a satisfaction thing seeing the temporary expansion and I honestly think it's fun

SIM trains 2 on 1 off and gained I believe almost 3 inches in just 6 months! If you train will similar intensity and consistency then I imagine you'd be able to smash your goals in the same timeframe if you train 1 on 1 off.
