So I worked my way up to 2×20 minute LM sessions.

Just got done with my first one this morning and I have freaking scabs around my pubic hair area from the bundles.
I don't know what to do other than moisture like crazy and lay off bundles for awhile
I'm still going to do another LM session later but I'm not going to be bundling.
I think its because I shaved a couple days ago so the hair that is growing in is like copper wire.

If you use hydrocortisone this will clear up very quickly
 
So I have been off my routine for 4 days because I got some insane food poisoning.

Last time I ever buy meat at an Asian supermarket.

Going back strong tomorrow. I really hate that it took me off my routine but no point on dwelling on the past.
 
Routine today
20 minutes downward bundled stretches
2 hours in ADS
20 minutes downward bundled stretches
2 hours in ADS

5×5×3 with the mityvac
Then wore cockring for 30 minutes

Tomorrow I'm going for 3×20 minute sessions with the LM
I don't know if I'll be able to do girth later that evening but we'll see

Training length and girth on same day is a rare thing for people to do. Try as much as you can to keep up with the consistency.
 
Looking to upgrade my pump cylinder size.
Around the thickest part (base) is over 6 inches

I currently have a 2.125"×9" cylinder.
I'm pretty close to 7.75 inches long.
Should I get the 2.25×9? Or the 2.25×12?
I'm not sure if 12" long is too much or if I should wait until I'm over 8.25 inches long before going to that large of a cylinder
 
Wanted to update and let everyone know I started pumping a different way.
It's called interval pumping.
Pump for 2 minutes at ideal pressure. Release to 0, pump immediately back up to ideal pressure.
Repeat 3-5 timess (6-10 minutes)
Take 2-3 minute rest between sets massaging and edging before going in the tube again.

Right now im doing 20 minutes total in the pump.
6 minute set
Rest
6 minute set
Rest
8 minute set
Done

This causes minimal discoloration that I've ever experienced.
Also makes pumping much more enjoyable from my experience since you're more "active" during your sessions.
Miminal donut effect as well. Erection quality seems to be better in the tube from my experience so far.

Funny I do the same routine except I take a 5 minute break every 10 Minutes.

2 Minutes under pressure for 20 Minutes
