Today I did the same routine.
10 minute bundled downward stretch in LM (clockwise)
3 hours in SS
10 minute bundled downward stretch in LM (counterclockwise)
3 hours in SS

I was only able to do 180⁰ turn in the LM in both directions because my ligs at the base are so sore I'm not able to do full rotations at the moment.

Regardless of soreness my plan for tomorrow is 4 sets of 10 minutes downward bundled stretches.
I'm going to aim for 1-2 hour breaks between each session.
 
Routine today is consisting of downward bundled stretches in the LM
15 minutes clockwise
2 hours in ADS
15 minutes counterclockwise
ADS up until bedtime.

I may or may not do a 3rd session. I'll see how I feel after my 2nd LM session.
Good news is I'm able to do a full 360⁰ rotation in the bundles now

I want to get started on girth again. But that won't be happening for at least a few more days.
I have a few hairs that grow about an inch up my shaft from the base.
And every now and then when I shave they get ingrown.
Its a pain in the ass.
Even today I tried doing some erect stretching after my LM session and I started bleeding out of one of the ingrown hairs.
So pumping is going to be a no go until that clears up.
 
Warm up the penis with warm water for 3 minutes and then shave the hair towards the direction they are facing. I hope you understand.
 
After my 2nd LM session I'm definitely just sticking with 2 sessions for the day.
I am back up to 30 minutes active PE after only 3 days back so im pretty happy with that.
Currently chilling in my ADS and my ligs are so fatigued.
The goal is to add another 15 minute session hopefully in the next 2-3 days.
Then a 4th set.
Or would it be more beneficial to just do 3×20 minute sessions as opposed to 4×15 minute sessions @huge-girth @MosMaster ?

If you can do three 20 mins session that's fine.

I don't think it would matter much. Intensity and healing elongated are the more important factors I'd say.
 
I'm going to work my way up to 4×15 minute sessions.
Then go to 3×20 after that.
I think thats the best approach because an added 5 minutes in the LM if you're doing it right is alot of added tension

So today was a slight modification to my routine

15 minute downward bundled LM stretches
1 hour in ADS
15 minute downward bundled LM stretches
2 hours in ADS

I'm not able to wear an ADS or anything of the sort for my plans this evening😭

So I will be making up for it tomorrow by being in an ADS for a total of 6 hours tomorrow with 2×15 minute sessions in the LM again.
I'm still sore only doing 2 sessions but hopefully Friday I can bump it up to 3 sessions

My dick already looks massive after only a week so I'm very happy and motivated to keep up the routine.
I'll do the same routine tomorrow and Sunday and hopefully be able to add another 15 minute session Monday
