Progress thread Tommy Gun's Journey

Its been awhile but here's my update.
Finally moved apartments so I went roughly 3-4 weeks without any PE.
So bad news is that I didn't make any new gains (obviously).
Good news is, I retained 100% of the gains I have made!
BPSFL, BPEL, EG, etc. They are all cemented🙌

Going forward.
My routine will be,
10 minutes under RED/NIR light.
20 minutes downward bundled stretches (L/R/C)
10 minutes under RED/NIR light.
Wear ADS medium tension for 2-3 hours.
10 minute warmup in infrared heat pad.
20 minutes downward bundled stretches (L/R/C)
10 minute cooldown in infrared heat pad.
Wear ADS medium tension for another 2-3 hours.

I'm going to do this for the entire month of October, no days off, and report back at the start of November.

Ok so being consistent is paying off.
Currently chilling in my SS after my first session this morning and my ligs are so fatigued.
Which is good! Like @DLD says the only negative you'll get to intense stretching routine is lower EQ.
Which is ok right now for me. I get it will take time for my body to realize this is what's happening and to adjust so for the time being I'm enjoying stretching the ligs and actually feeling it happen.
Gives much more incentive to keep going when you can actually feel what you're doing is working.

Fatigue is worth the eq issues as they are temporary while gains are permanent

Ok so I need some advice.
On days where I'm limited to PE does it make more sense to do my 1×20 minute downward bundled stretches then ADS for 3-4 hours?
Or do 1×20, ADS for an hour, then another 1×20 then ADS for 1-2 hours?
Basically what the best approach if I only have 3-4 hours max to do my sessions?
@huge-girth what do you think? You have alot of experience with the LM

My major concern is why you are limiting your ADS use to 3 to 4 hours. You should wrap your penis all day from morning till bed time. The only time you should remove the sleeve or ace bandage is when you want to pee or sleep.

20mins session is good on such busy days. You can as well do two 20mins session if you have the time. But make sure ADS is from morning till bed time.

Healing in an elongated state is as important as your session itself.

Updated wrapping for the LM.
I now put on a sleeve first. I think its a duro sleeve. It is a little tighter on me and thats what I'm going for.
The reason for the sleeve first is it reduces your chance of wrinkles in your wrapping technique to 0%
Next I get athletic bandage and wrap around mid shaft about 8 times.
This also prevents any abrasion from the LM that could possibly damage your sleeve.
I've been doing this for about a week and I'll say its working quite well for me.
I feel like my grip is tighter and more secure so going forward I'm going to stick to this.

Update from the last 30 days routine.
The only gains I made were BPSFL.
Not too upset because there were days I only did 1 20 minute session.
And I also missed 4 days total of manual work.
I'm going to switch it up and try out bundled mandingo stretches in the LM.
Going to aim for 2×20 minute sessions.
I want to try them out because I've never done them, and I've been doing downward bundled stretches off and on for awhile now and I don't want to get bored of my routine.

The Lengthmaster let's you switch up easily keeping sessions fresh

So the month of November has sucked for me so far.
I don't know how it happened but I got some bad blisters on the head of my dick.
The only thing I can think of is since I switched to mandingo stretches its a new sensation for me and my body wasn't ready to adapt.
I only did 2×20 minute sessions on the 1st.
My head turned a little purple (it always does during session) but after 10 minutes under red light it always goes back to normal.
Strapped on my ADS. Then about 6 hours later I looked down when I took it off and realized I had some gnarly blisters.
Only good thing is they're not painful at all but it sucks that I haven't been able to do PE since then.
Its frustrating but ill proceed with more caution once I'm fully healed up.
Any advice to prevent this from happening again?
I like to think im seasoned in PE so I shouldn't be getting injuries like this.

Vacuum ADS causes blisters but there should be a learning curve to it. If what you have is the Silistretcher then this post below by @VoorheesXIII should solve the problem

Sounds like a tolerance issue that needs to be gradually built up to. A quarter to a half turn is absolutely the most you need to turn the vacuum knob but the user must remember that as you apply stretch force the vacuum inside the bell will increase (anyone who has done HC bathmate/ MityVac stretches can attest to that) so the pressure is 2 fold in that sense.

The remedy? Less pressure when applying the device to your dick & a much more gentle stretch force to start with until that tolerance is built up, it may feel slow going starting again like that but all pe equipment goes through a similar learning curve.

I've had bruising as well as peeling/dry skin on the glans going too hard with the SiliStretcher, it happens, let the skin heal, use a good quality vitamin E cream on your junk when not doing pe to keep your skin happy and see how you go.

I feel you there my brother, I actually got my first blister ever recently. Got me out for a week, it was a small one thou according to the PE master @DLD

Now I will advice sleep and eat well, sleep a lot, let it rest, dont pop the blister let it heal.

And after some 5-6 days or more based on your observations, you can use “Hydrocolloid Patch” on top of it, to resume your workouts.

Thats what I did :)

Dont pop the blister, but if it already happened the “hydrocolloid patch” is gonna be awesome to help it heal just patch it up!

If you dont mind me asking. ¿Whats your current line of protection from the vacuum pressure? ¿Do you use a silicap? If you do, do you tape your glans and then wear the silicap? Cause I would highly suggest you do! Or at least use alot of talcum inside of that silicap to avoid that friction.

Or BETTER yet just tape your glans.

I can give you guidance of how I have avoided blisters since I resumed my workouts.

By the way it works, I spend like 4 hours total vacuum hanging yesterday, with food and social breaks in between. Zero injuries

I almost popped it!
After a quick Google search i found out thats a hard no for blister healing.
Said it could even cause scarring. Can you imagine having a scar on your dick because you were too impatient and popped a blister?

Bro 4 hours a day?! Have you gained like an inch in 2 weeks doing that? Haha

What tape do you use? I never thought of using tape.
I use a silicap and its always worked with me in the past which is why I was confused about getting blisters this time.
But like I said I think it was just a new stimulus to training and will have to be worked up accordingly to prevent injury.

Thank god you didnt! Besides the scarring it takes longer to heal and having the new skin exposed its painful.

I’m planning on gaining length pretty soon, I actualy have only manual stretched but got into a plateau BPFL wouldn’t pass 20cm I would have to really force it to get to 20.5. But thats like cheating.

Yesterday I measure flaccid size it got to 20.5 effortless.

And I’ve had only 3 session of hanging so far. So very encouraging start. Also I’ve been able to my right size like never before, its my stubborn side haha.

Ok I see sili cap! Do you use talcum underneath,
im curious cause im actually interested in trying it.

I guess yes it was more than what your glans could handle.

I tape it with 3m tape, very nice, took me 3 sessions to master it haha its super easy.
