Thought I'd start a positive thread to hopefully help keep guys coming back to the forums regularly to post here and feel good about things in their lives that they may not take a minute to think about. Also, reading about what made someones day good can inspire others to make their own days better by accomplishing goals or many things.

Today was a great day because... is a place to say why today was a good day for you. It could be related to getting in a great PE workout, starting a new business, doing something nice for someone, etc.

Today was a great day for me because I hung for 80 minutes. I extended for 5 hrs. I also got work i needed to get done for my business.

Even though I have been depressed for some time I am happy that God gave me a new day and the Brotherhood to keep my head up.

It gets me through my days as I wait for the depression to be lifted. If I just sit around thinking on it it can become bad, it is best for me to stay active all the time. I know I will get through it, as I always do, it just takes time waiting for that switch to flick on. I have suffered with this for many years so eventually you get used to it. I know my creativity is waiting to explode but it will not happen until the darkness goes away. The hardest part is getting through it by myself, it can become very hard when you are filled with fear and anxiety and no one to be there for you in real life, this is why my faith is so strong.

Today was a greta day b/c i got a lot of work done...an awesome stray cat went to my parents and hopefully they keep him lol. and even though i didn't get in as much PE as i would have liked i feel content with my day

It is good to see men happy and content like you. I am working hard to get to this place. This thread inspires me to keep trying.

bad news... the cat didn't come back. he was well kept and very big so we are pretty sure he went back home. definitely was not an outdoor cat.

feelings of content come and go for most of us. just as happiness and sadness do. i'm working hard to do everything that makes me happy. i believe you will get where you hope to be

It is good to have a place where we can talk about anything we have issues with, no matter what is wrong in my life I always appreciate the fact that I can come here and know I will get help from others who have experienced the same. [words=http://www.mattersofsize.com/join-now.html]MOS[/words] is about much more than PE, it is about Brothers helping Brothers accomplish and overcome anything.
