Today I received the new HydroXtreme7 Wide Boy from Bathmate!!!

Put the bathmate comfort sleeve inside, then attach the mitysleev as shown in the images. I do not know if ir works without the comfort sleeve, never tried.

Well I've tried and tried but it won't stay on. Dry I can get it stretched over the comfort sleeve but as soon as water gets to it, it pops off. The circumference of the comfort sleeve for the wide boy and x40 is just a little too big. I tried to put it on without the sleeve but the sides of the gator give too much for it to stay on. Oh well, no big deal as I wanted to get the mityvac pump anyway so I'll just have an extra sleeve for that.

The X 50 is just fine and so much better than the Goliath. But there’s no way I’m going to fit into this wide boy pump.

For those over 9 inches in length its recommended to use the Bathmate HydroXtreme11 Penis Pump

It worked for me in the bath using the comfort sleeve. Have you made sure to pull it properly? it is a bit tight, you must use some force, but it will stay in place.

The cockring effect is very nice indeed.
Just did a 5x5x3 routine using a Penomet cylinder and the Mitysleeve. Solid expansion! I applied the sleeve first, got somewhat erected and then inserted the cylinder. Oh yeah, naturally modded with the Vacu-vin of course.
Without the gaiter the cylinder is a bit over 8", I might be utilizing it more as this session was so nice.

Does the Mitysleeve work using the Penomet with the gaiters? I've tried but couldn't get it to fit well and got big air bubbles when compressing the gaiter.

I'd use Silisleeves when pumping. Mitysleeve works much better on round cylinder, such as the Mityvac and Provac. Some have had success with gaiter type pumps such as Hydromax and Penomet. Oh, and you were quoting me! Yeah, I just used the Mitysleeve around the Penomet cylinder without the gaiter. I've used the Penomet in that fashion for a longer time when I've used it. But for the time being my efforts towards PE have been on the down low.

Best thing you can do with the Penomet is to get Vacu-vin and mod it. Much more power. You can use cockrings / or -sleeves to keep your testicles from entering the cylinder.
