My routine:
I put my Flaccid in a very warm/hot bowl of water for 2mins and then bath.
Then do basic streches in the 12 directions, 2mins each.
Of the 12 directions , 5 are in bundle stretch (straight out, straight sides L and R, straight up and down, then under the butt cheeks)
I do A stretch 2mins.
I do V stretch 2mins.
That's what I do twice daily.
