I think I've added 0.5 inches. I refused to measure all these while but do some lazy ass PE.

thanks. I have the real measurements pre P. EThat’s why it’s so important to make definitive measurements before you start so you do not have to guess if you gained or not. A half inch gain is a huge celebration so I congratulate you but I highly recommend from this point forward keeping measurements on point.

So I finally decided to measure today and be serious about it, I was able to see that my Flaccid Stretched Length has increased by 0.5 inches. From 7 to 7.5. I'm so encouraged and I've decided to double my efforts by doing 30mins workout twice a day.

Converting that flaccid stretched to erect stretched is done most efficiently with erect stretching. I also like that you’re going to increase your workload, tag me when you have it worked out so I can check it out.
