Just use some needlenose pliars or a flat head screwdriver to pry off the aluminum cap. It's usually green I believe, just kinda poke down into the center enough to grasp it with the pliers, and then peel it off like a sardine can. Ive gotten vials from them before, and yes they are made for syringes, but you can rip off the aluminum seal and theres a rubber stopper in it.
