Depends on the position and arousal of the woman.

Before Penis Enlargement, I could pump away at any position. Now, I have to be careful in certain positions(mainly doggy and legs over the shoulder).

Depends again because I have gained about .75 inch in legnth. I couldn't fit all the way on some ladies before Penis Enlargement.

Some may say yes, some may say no. When I go too deep on some they complain, others love it.
 
As Kausion said all women are different, some like DP (deep penetration) to hit the cul-de-sac and others find that the most painful experience ever. I think I read somewhere the average womens depth is about 5-7 inches but during arousal it can stretch and contract.

I can't get it all in Jen but this is all relative. Before Penis Enlargement with my X-Wife I was at 6.5" and I bottomed out due to her having a very low cervix. My next girlfriend, pre-pe, was very small but she could take all 6.5 inches no problem. I have seen Mandingo go all the way in so I guess that bring me back to the relativity of the question. As far as orgasm is concerned, no one I shagged in my past cums the way Jen cums and she only started cuming this way when I hit about 8 x 5.5. Today I am much bigger than that and she adjusts the way we have sex so she can take as much as she wants. It's all good.
