To Aid in the LOT Information (Please Read)

I have created this forum to help keep exercises organized in a simple manner. This forum will have any and all exercises dealing with TUNICA stretching and exercise. For many this will be a great resource to putting together a routine that is TUNICA specific.

I see that and we actually already have a thread that contains many of the exercises, I will see if Lightning can resurrect it.
