I know there like 60 pills in the bottle i was wondering does it take 2 pills at the same time after the meal?

or does it take one in the afternoon and then at night?
does it required with meal? or just drink water?

i was thinking like 330 pm and then at 11 pm will that be fine?

They do not cause my stomach to be upset so it makes no difference if I take them with or without food but I always like the idea of a empty stomach for highest concentration. Your hours sound fine.

DLD i got a question
when using the pill once do i have to do the exercise right away?
or can i just wait for 6 hours and do the exercise? or time doesn't matter?
