I do 3 days on 1 day rest. Sometimes 2 days on 1 days rest...and something more days rest. The first schedule I try to keep.
On off days I just keep my penis elongated with a penis elongation wrap. This wrap is like a sock for me, it alway gets put on, and I wear it all day long.
