I know a lot of guys have gotten good results stretching the tunica doing erect/semi-erect bends. This is because the tunica is already expanded to capacity/near capacity and the bending pushes it over the limit. It's the same priciple as jelqing, basically: forcing the tunica to expand beyond it's normal limits. I usually put on my [words=https://shop.mattersofsize.com/products/sizegenetics-penis-extender]extender[/words] after doing stretches if the situation permits. I like keeping tension for a period of time after stretching everything out, but manuals primarily target ligs while most [words=https://shop.mattersofsize.com/products/sizegenetics-penis-extender]extenders[/words] target the tunica. However, there is definitely some tunica stretch involved with all types of stretching/hanging, but not as much as hours logged into an [words=https://shop.mattersofsize.com/products/sizegenetics-penis-extender]extender[/words] or some erect bends. So, to maximize the tunica stretch after a manual/hanging session, I try to be semi-erect while wearing my [words=https://shop.mattersofsize.com/products/sizegenetics-penis-extender]extender[/words]. The combination of passive tunica stretch from stretching/hanging coupled with some tension while semi-erect should fatigue the tunica in a similar manner to bends or long term [words=https://shop.mattersofsize.com/products/sizegenetics-penis-extender]extender[/words] wear. What are your thoughts on this? Might it be a way to maximize tunica stretch without having to do a ton of bends or several hours in an [words=https://shop.mattersofsize.com/products/sizegenetics-penis-extender]extender[/words]?
