Definately junk science. Weak magnetic fields have been proven to have no effect on the blood. If it had a strong enough field to do anything for you, you'd be attracting every loose nut, bolt and paper clip you came near.

Or just eat healthy and do Penis Enlargement. As for "acidic levels in the blood stream", your body already does that-- quite effectively, too. Blood pH is generally 7.35-7.45, meaning it's alkaline already, rather than acid.

The "Far Infra-Red Rays" (is that like infrared?) term is used here to make it sound high-tech and science-y. Infrared is just energy in transient form, or "heat radiation". I suggest you try it and let us all know if it makes your dick feel noticeably warmer where the ring is. If not, I doubt it emits enough "Far Infra-Red Rays" to have any effect.
