This is totally my idea. I'm thanking BIB for his approval to use his Modified hanger design as part of it though. This is merely a Modified DIY BIB hanger. The directions are the same except no tang, hole or, 'S' hook for weights. After you make the hanger. You would test it like normal for fit and grip by putting it together after wrapping. Then snug it down and, pull forward on it. It should stay on. If not, you need to do some tinkering. After you have it made and working properly, take the front piece of the PM, a 3/4" long bolt, a nut to fit the bolt, and a couple washers....put it together as shown in the pics. A hole is drilled in the middle of the front piece of the PM ....about 1/2" ish up from the middle. The only thing you cannot see is, one washer goes in between the bolt on the outside of the bottom of the front piece, the other washer goes on the inside of the hanger in the base area where your penis rests...in between the hanger hose material and the nut. Snug it down ....you dont need it extremely tight. Because the hanger hose is a flexible material, it compresses some when you are tightening the bolt/nut and, things should stay tight. Also, you dont want to break the plastic on the PM front piece. By the way, there should be about 1/8" of material (plastic) around the hole in the front piece. Here's the pics. As you can see in the pics...the hose is a clear nylon with a white braided nylon fiber in it.
